KPA Partners With HiringThing
KPA has added HiringThing’s applicant tracking software to its workforce management compliance platform.
LAFAYETTE, Colo. — KPA, an environmental health and safety risk management services provider, announced a new partnership with HiringThing, a developer of online recruiting and applicant tracking software.
The pairing is designed to give employers next-level recruiting capabilities and onboarding tools that help employers easily adhere to employment laws. HiringThing’s ATS streamlines every aspect of the hiring process, including ad placement and syndication, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and recordkeeping, according to the announcement.
“I’m excited to add HiringThing’s ATS to KPA’s platform because our clients will be empowered, through technology, to hire better qualified candidates. Not only will employers benefit from a deeper pool of qualified applicants, but they’ll also be able to objectively evaluate those individuals. Collectively, this reduces employers’ risk of a bad hire,” said Tami Hrivnak, KPA’s human resources product manager.
“We look forward to delivering new recruiting solutions for KPA clients,” said Joshua Siler, CEO of HiringThing. “KPA’s seamless integration with HiringThing adds tremendous value for employers and makes recruiting easier with the benefit of better results.”
