Launch of JMsolutions Serves Dealers on Front End

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Tight profit margins have become status quo in the automotive arena, as dealers work hard to remain competitive. Like many of today's business owners, auto dealers are increasingly relying on technology to make the most of every sale and service provided. JM Family Enterprises (JMFE) is hoping to initiate technology solutions that offer front-end value to dealers with the launching of JMsolutions.
Executing on JMsolutions’ mission, a majority interest in American Auto Exchange, Inc. (aaXchange) was acquired. aaXchange is a successful automotive software company based in Dallas, Texas, dedicated to streamlining dealerships’ used-vehicle operations with a primary focus on inventory optimization and vehicle purchase and disposal. The company has a client base of approximately 1,000 dealerships nationwide. aaXchange’s premiere product, its Vehicle Management System, enables dealership personnel to make fact-based decisions — ultimately providing for faster inventory turns, fewer trade losses and greater lift in the new car side of the dealership.
"When faced with a potential trade-in vehicle, the pre-owned vehicle manager can instantly access information on how well this vehicle has sold historically in the dealership and particular market area, the value of the trade-in, and where it would best fit into current inventory – in their dealership or a sister store," said Scott Barrett, president of JMsolutions. "Our technology is taking the potentially risky guesswork out of the used vehicle process."
JMsolutions’ is also introducing its new RetailSuite™, an integrated menu, desking, and reporting application set that is designed to help dealers improve collaboration among departments, more quickly complete the sales process and better monitor productivity.
This year’s NADA Convention and Exposition will offer visitors to the aaXchange booth #462 regularly scheduled presentations and demonstrations of its Vehicle Management System and showcase the JMsolutions RetailSuite™. In addition, visitors will see its new Mobile Auto Xchange™ appraisal device.
