JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – To improve its insurance tracking services business unit, Life of the South has launched two Web sites.
The first site was created for any lender where Life of the South provides insurance tracking on loans secured by automobiles and real estate. This lenders’ Web site provides access to customer insurance information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Through a secure site, lenders are able to review all loans tracked, including information such as current insurer, effective/expiration date, policy number and historical data.
The second site was created for loan customers to confirm and update their insurance coverage information at any time on a secure site. All information is verified by Life of the South’s insurance tracking service center and the lender’s database is updated with the new information.
