Lithia Motors Donates $50,000 for Tsunami Relief

MEDFORD, Ore. -- Lithia Motors, Inc. has donated $50,000 to a relief fund for tsunami victims in Southeast Asia. The money was given to the Medford (Ore.) Rogue Rotary for disaster relief and will be distributed in the most affected areas.

MEDFORD, Ore. -- Lithia Motors, Inc. has donated $50,000 to a relief fund for tsunami victims in Southeast Asia. The money was given to the Medford (Ore.) Rogue Rotary for disaster relief and will be distributed in the most affected areas.

"By making our donation directly to the rotary fund, we can be assured that it will be put to good use in the most effective manner,” said Sid DeBoer, chairman and CEO. “The company's gift is really from our employees and our customers who make our success possible."

Lithia Motors sells 25 brands of new vehicles and operates 86 stores and 164 franchises in 13 states in the Western United States. Lithia also sells used vehicles and arranges finance, warranty and credit insurance contracts.
