LoJack Corporation Announces Appointment Of General Counsel
LoJack Corporation announced Dec. 3 that Thomas A. Wooters has joined the company as executive vice president and general counsel.
Wooters has more than 35 years legal experience including more than 25 years as outside counsel to LoJack. Most recently, he has been with the firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP, which will continue to serve as LoJack's outside counsel.
In his position at LoJack, Wooters will manage all legal matters concerning all practices, policies, and business activities of the company.
In making the announcement, Ronald J. Rossi, chairman, said, "We are delighted that Tom Wooters has joined LoJack's senior management team. Tom's extensive legal experience and his knowledge of our business based on his many years as outside counsel will be invaluable to us as we develop and implement strategies to continue LoJack's growth and protect and extend the application of our intellectual property."
