JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — LOTSolutions, a provider of financial products and solutions, partnered with Shriners International to offer its members identity theft protection, entertainment discounts, and legal, medical and tax assistance.

Shriners International is a fraternity with nearly 400,000 members in the United States and 1 million members worldwide. The organization supports Shriners Hospitals for Children.

These different services offered on the Shriner’s Website include: 

• Identity Theft Protection: credit bureau monitoring, fraud protection, and credit monitoring 

• FUNtastic Entertainment: downloadable coupons and discounts on movies, dining, shopping, and entertainment at more than 200,000 locations 

• Legal/Tax Assist: a legal network, financial help line, tax help line, medical health and advisor network, and capped legal fees through a network of more than 20,000 attorneys

“Associations are being hard hit by the economy, as are their members,” commented Phil Lawson, senior vice president of business development. “These products allow associations to increase their non-dues revenues as well as offer additional and valuable benefits to members, enhancing the association’s acquisition and retention efforts.

“These products can be marketed using those channels that are most relevant for the association’s membership, including online banner ads, newsletter print ads, direct mail – any medium that touches the member. Also, these products can be ‘private labeled’ and marketed under the client’s own brand.”
