Luxury Rooftop Changes Hands
Genesis of Glenview is getting a new owner and a new location, but its name will stay the same.

Ghaben Auto Group has served the Chicago area since 2004.
Genesis Motor America
Illinois-based Ghaben Auto Group acquired Genesis of Glenview from an undisclosed seller.
The dealership will retain its name but be relocated to 2929 Patriot Blvd., Glenview, Ill.
The acquisition expands the auto group’s luxury portfolio, which consists of Volkswagen of Oak Lawn, Volkswagen of Orland Park, and Ultimo Motors, a luxury used-vehicle dealership with locations in Northbrook and Westmont. The group has served the Chicago area since 2004.
“We’re excited to open a brand-new Genesis facility in Glenview and look forward to a very bright future for the brand,” said Ghaben Auto Group owner Joe Ghaben.
Performance Brokerage Services served as the sell-side adviser on the transaction.
