GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. —A man who purchased a 2008 Saab 9-7X from Auto Exchange last year discovered the vehicle service contract (VSC) provider had no record of the VSC he purchased from the dealership. Derek Wustman bought the VSC for $2,566, but was unable to get coverage when his vehicle broke down. A person familiar with the dealership told the new source that it was possible the business manager had sold the VSC and never actually paid the provider.
