JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Life of the South and the Pennsylvania Independent Auto Dealers Association have partnered to provide certified training courses for Pennsylvania dealerships that provide temporary registration plates.
Effective Jan. 8, a new law requires every Pennsylvania auto dealer and agent who issues or transfers registration plates to take a certified training course. According to the PIADA, every dealership employee who handles motor vehicle transactions involving registration plates or transfer of registration must take the education class.
