Market Scan Information Systems Names Ronald H. Means CEO
Market Scan Information Systems, a provider of financing software solutions for automotive dealers, has announced the appointment of Ronald H. Means as CEO. Mr. Means will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and will focus on improving business practices to provide expanded customer and sales support. Company co-founder Russell West will now serve as chairman where he will focus on sales and strategic planning for the company. Co-founder Rusty West will serve as president, focusing on technology innovation and development.

A well-respected business veteran, Mr. Means is known for his management expertise in the electronics and technology markets, including 16 years as president of JBL Professional, a Harman International Company. While with JBL, Mr. Means obtained record breaking sales and profit levels and created a dominant market share in each of the company’s market segments.
