Maxxafe System Earns NAID Certification
Dallas, Texas - Maxxafe System’s shredding operation Texas State Shredding LP has received AAA certification from the National Association for Information Destruction.
"NAID certification is an important milestone for our company," said Mike Chadima, president of Maxxafe and owner of Texas State Shredding. "It provides the third party verification that our security standards meet the demands of our customers and this industry."
Maxxafe System provides HIPAA, FACTA, state and federal identity theft compliance by customizing corporate policies and training for protecting and destroying covered consumer information. The company also provides destruction of controlled corporate information and improved environmental stewardship.
“HIPAA requires that if you are going to use a third party destruction service, you must sign a business associate’s agreement with them and do due diligence. If your vendor is NAID certified, the due diligence is already done,” Chadima said.
