Orlando, Fla.– MenuVantage has announced the release of its latest profit building tool, ServiceMenu. This Web-based dynamic sales tool integrates with major Dealer Management System (DMS) providers for a seamless service transaction and gives auto dealerships an easy, affordable way to increase product sales in the service drive.

Earlier this month MenuVantage released SalesMenu, a similar tool for the front-end of the dealership, enabling a seamless sales transaction and a simple way to pencil multiple deals from the front desk. With the release of ServiceMenu, MenuVantage now provides dealerships with menu selling tools to increase dealership gross in the three key profit areas of F&I, service and sales.

True menu selling in the service department can create tremendous profit opportunities. ServiceMenu provides an electronic lookup in the service drive so that the first time service writers can accurately rate service contracts and other valuable F&I and service related products. ServiceMenu enables the presentation of these products to each and every customer in the service drive.

ServiceMenu also enables service writers to present customized menu presentations to each customer by simply clicking on an existing repair order. It has dynamic sales tools, which can be sent electronically to customers before picking up their cars in service.

“Maximizing the profitability of a customer in the service drive presents quite a challenge for dealers. The power of a menu presentation in F&I is well known; providing more options so the customer can buy more products. It’s now time to apply these same tools in the service department,” commented Phillip Battista, MenuVantage co-CEO. “We look forward to seeing ServiceMenu produce the same boost in profits for the back end of the dealership as MenuVantage has done for the F&I office,” Battista added.

ServiceMenu will be demonstrated at NADA 2007, Feb. 3-6 in Las Vegas, at booth #3275C.
