Merchants Named a 2016 Dealer of the Year by DealerRater
Dealer review site DealerRater named Merchants Auto a 2016 Dealer of the Year, a title given to less than 0.1% of the more than 41,000 dealers in the DealerRater network.
HOOKSETT, N.H. — Dealer review site DealerRater named Merchants Auto a 2016 Dealer of the Year, a title given to less than 0.1% of the more than 41,000 dealers in the DealerRater network.
“We are honored to receive this award from DealerRater, as we strive to provide world-class customer service at our dealership,” said Adam D. Secore, Merchants Automotive Group general manager. “This acknowledgement is the result of our entire team’s ongoing commitment to quality.”
Merchants Auto has consistently received high marks from customers and will now be able to display the official DealerRater badge on its website.
“Congratulations to Merchants Automotive Group on being named a 2016 Dealer of the Year,” said DealerRater CEO Gary Tucker. “Vehicle shoppers are increasingly reliant on the internet to research makes and models, features, specs and more. DealerRater allows them to narrow their search down to the specific dealership — and even employee — to purchase their next vehicle from due to the wealth of information that consumer reviews offer about experiences with these places and people.”
