Michael Finnan Named National Finance and Insurance Trainer

Michael Finnan has been promoted to National Finance and Insurance (F&I) Trainer for Universal Underwriters Group. Charged with overseeing the company's F&I training program, Finnan designs and delivers F&I Training for dealership employees and Universal Underwriters' sales force.

In addition, he will join Universal Underwriters' National F&I Executives Brian Hardy and Glen Roberts in conducting F&I training for NADA's Dealer Candidate Academy. Universal Underwriters has been involved in the Dealer Candidate Academy for over five years and concentrates its training on "How to Manage the F&I Department."
