WESTERVILLE, Ohio – NAC announced it is offering its automated and paperless Service Drive Solution to dealers at no cost. The turnkey program allows dealerships to generate substantial revenue and create customer loyalty.

NAC backs the program with more than 25 years of experience and all the necessary training, to create the ultimate, cost-effective tool to build service drive business and profits.

Time after time service contract programs fail in the service drive due to inadequate training and support. NAC Professors provide extensive training, both in-classroom and onsite, for dealerships to ensure they properly implement the program, and continue on to successfully use the Service Drive Solution to increase service absorption, retention and maximize overall profits.

“Research has shown customers who purchase a service contract from a dealership are 30 percent more likely to return to that same dealership for service work, and 43 percent more likely to return to that dealership for their next car. Think about it. On a typical day for any dealership, the service drive sees 10 times as many customers as the showroom – that’s where they should be focusing to build their profits,” said Margaret Chandler, director of fixed operations income development and NAC Professor.

NAC has found a way to reach all those customers by providing something they truly need – extended service coverage – and combining tangible benefits customers appreciate, to create the ultimate easy-to-sell solution that magnifies CSI and profits

“Dealers are closing 6- to 8-percent of service contract sales in the service drive with NAC’s Service Drive Solution and personalized training. Depending on the Daily RO count, monthly net profits have been known to exceed $20,000 to the dealership,” said Chandler.
