NADA, USA Today Honor Dealer for Finance Education Program
USA Today and NADA have selected Jerry Reynolds, owner of Prestige Ford and Prestige Lincoln-Mercury Mazda of Garland, Texas, to receive the 2004 Dealer Innovation Award. The award honors a dealer who has taken a leadership role in the development and implementation of consumer automotive finance education programs.
USA Today and NADA have selected Jerry Reynolds, owner of Prestige Ford and Prestige Lincoln-Mercury Mazda of Garland, Texas, to receive the 2004 Dealer Innovation Award. The award honors a dealer who has taken a leadership role in the development and implementation of consumer automotive finance education programs.
Reynolds was selected from among four NADA regions as the national winner of the annual award. In 2001, "The Jerry Reynolds Auto Advice Show" was launched on a Dallas radio station, resulting in favorable response from consumers.
Reynolds offers advice and tips on buying new cars, buying versus leasing, finance issues, the trade-in process, maintenance tips and more. In addition to the weekly show, Reynolds personally answers more than 250 listener e-mails per week.
The Dealer Innovation Award will be presented to Reynolds by USA Today and NADA at an awards reception at the New York International Auto Show.
