CLEVELAND — National Automotive Experts (NAE/NWAN) was recognized by ERC as one of the 99 best places to work in Northeast Ohio for 2017. The NorthCoast 99 award honors businesses in Northeast Ohio that focus on policies and practices related to the attraction and retention of top performers, as well as data collected from anonymous employee surveys.
“I am truly honored to be recognized as a top employer in Northeast Ohio,” said Kelly Price, CEO of NAE/NWAN. “We have built our company on providing innovative solutions to our clients. None of it would be possible, without the great team that we have built. Our team consistently strives to provide our customers and clients with excellent service each day.
“Part of our culture is an environment of constant gratitude, as our team works tirelessly at raising money for the Cleveland Christian Home, along with many other charities and organizations around Northeast Ohio and throughout the country,” Price added. “I believe this culture has shaped our company into the organization it has become today and I am grateful to my entire team for working together to making it happen.”
NorthCoast 99 is an annual recognition program that honors 99 great workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio. The program is presented by ERC and sponsored by such companies as Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, CareerCurve, Cleveland Magazine, ERChealth, Frantz Ward LLP, Gino’s Awards, Oswald Companies, Staffing Solutions Enterprises, and Ultimate Software.
“We’re extremely honored to recognize the 2017 NorthCoast 99 winners,” said Pat Perry, president of ERC. “These organizations have earned the right to call themselves a great workplace by their dedication to attracting, supporting, retaining, and motivating their top performers. ERC developed the NorthCoast 99 program with the hopes of inspiring local leaders to promote the great workplace movement.”
