NCM Associates to Offer General Manager Seminar
NCM Associates announced the launch of its Deep-Dive Seminar for general managers, scheduled for April 16-20 in Dallas.
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. ― NCM Associates announced the launch of its Deep-Dive Seminar for general managers, scheduled for April 16-20 in Dallas. The week-long seminar features three separate sessions targeting competencies that aid general managers in maximizing their effectiveness in the dealership.
Garry House, director of the NCM Institute Center for Automotive Retail Excellence, said the faculty identified the need for more focused attention on leadership development, integrated marketing concepts and the fundamentals of service and parts department management after training hundreds of general managers over the past two years.
House will be teaching sessions on “Leading Your Dealership Team to Success” and “A Primer for Service and Parts Department Management.” Ron Wheeler, president of Wheeler Advertising, will be present “How to Advertise in a Complex Marketplace: Integration is the Key.”
Wheeler was selected to lead the development effort for the marketing integration session due to his experience working with dealerships to enhance their advertising effectiveness,
