NCM Associates to Provide 20 Groups for GM Minority Dealers
NCM Associates announced it has again been selected by General Motors as the exclusive provider of automotive 20 Groups for its Minority Dealer Development (MDD) Network.
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — NCM Associates announced it has again been selected by General Motors as the exclusive provider of automotive 20 Groups for its Minority Dealer Development (MDD) Network.
General Motors – MDD is making the NCM 20 Group opportunity available to its MDD Network to assist those dealers in improving their dealerships’ operating performance by way of NCM’s Benchmark for Success process, according to NCM Associates. NCM has been the exclusive provider of GM – MDD Network 20 Groups for the past five years and will continue to do so through 2015.
In addition to GM - MDD 20 Groups, participating minority dealers will enjoy access to a full range of NCM Benchmark analytical tools and special information and learning opportunities, including web-based and classroom training through the NCM Institute, and in-dealership support from NCM Retail Operations Consulting.
“We are pleased with the success of the MDD dealers and it is our honor to continue to assist them in this process,” said Paul A. Faletti Jr., president and CEO of NCM Associates. “Today, we often hear dealers say they don’t need more data; what they want is help translating that data into proven strategies that will improve their operating performance in ways that are important to the success of their dealerships. The NCM 20 Group program for the GM – MDD Network provides a winning combination of NCM Benchmark tools, in-dealership retail operations support, and NCM® Institute management training expertise.”
