NCM Integrates Data Management Platform With Dealertrack DMS
In an effort to assist dealers in digging through the data of its DMS, NCM’s dealer data management platform, axcessa, will now integrate with the Dealertrack DMS.
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — NCM Associates, a provider of automotive dealership operational Benchmark analytics, today announced that its axcessa data management and reporting platform now integrates with Dealertrack DMS.
“The Reverse Risk engineering team, creators of NCM axcessa, recently completed full, authorized integration with Dealertrack DMS,” said Paul Faletti Jr., NCM CEO and president. “The Dealertrack team was a pleasure to work with and we are excited to offer this integrated solution to our clients. The powerful combination of DealerTrack DMS and NCM axcessa allows for unprecedented dealership analytics, reporting and intelligence that will assist in driving profitability and creating a culture of total transparency and accountability.”
NCM axcessa is a cloud-based data management platform designed to allow for data aggregation across the dealership’s front-end and back-end accounting systems, and across multiple stores in a matter of seconds, according to the company. In addition to the actionable intelligence axcessa provides the dealership, many axcessa reports also include NCM Benchmark metrics, allowing users to compare their operations against NCM’s other franchised automotive dealers.
