NeoSpeech, a provider of speech technologies for handheld, desktop and network applications, on Jan. 26 announced the launch of VoiceNotify, an outbound notification platform for the automotive market.

VoiceNotify enables automotive customer relationship management (CRM) providers to leverage existing data systems to send personalized outbound notifications and messages via phone on behalf of dealers.

As part of VoiceNotify’s launch, the company is offering a limited free trial of its voice notification services to dealerships. To sign up for the promotion and/or get a demo of the service, visit NeoSpeech booth #3979 at the NADA Convention and Exposition in Las Vegas, Jan. 31 – Feb. 3.

Increasing Loyalty and Retention

Automotive CRM providers are already using dealer management systems (DMS) data to serve the needs of dealerships with direct mail, email and live telemarketing campaigns. By adding automated outbound notifications and messages, these providers can now replace or complement existing direct mail or live operator campaigns with a low

cost, yet highly effective alternative, according to NeoSpeech.

Customers can either respond to the personalized notifications or reminders with keypad touches, or request to speak to a live agent, with whom they can be connected immediately to book appointments or answer their questions. Furthermore, NeoSpeech says these calls can be completed for less than half the cost of a direct mail campaign and a fraction of the cost of live operators.

“Reports indicate that up to 80 percent of dealers’ prospects and sold customers never get a call back,” said Yoon Kim, CEO of NeoSpeech. “VoiceNotify enables dealers to make a large volume of low-cost calls, and to successfully convert a high percentage of those

calls from contacts to customers. Using advanced technology, these automated calls help dealers build loyalty and increase customer retention at a much lower cost than live agent calls, or even direct mail.”

VoiceNotify offers a wide range of voice notification services for automotive dealers, including:

  • Service reminders

  • Recall notifications

  • Customer satisfaction surveys

  • Thank you calls

  • Sales events

  • Special parts order notifications

  • Declined service reminders

Outbound calls can be personalized with the recipient’s name, car make and other information culled from DMS data.

    VoiceNotify Free Customer Contact Trial

Dealers who sign up for VoiceNotify’s free trial will get 1,000 free service reminder calls to their customers. The automated calls provide

service reminder messages to customers, then give customers the ability to transfer to a live person at the dealership.

At the end of the trial, participating dealers will receive a Return on Investment (ROI) analysis, illustrating the effectiveness of

VoiceNotify for their business. Call fulfillment is done in collaboration with automotive CRM vendors.
