ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- New Mexico State Attorney General Patricia Madrid asked the court to force auto dealer Paul Graffis to refund customers money collected for extended warranties that weren't provided.
In March, Graffis, owner of Mega Auto Super Store in Farmington, N.M., filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy status, reported the Associated Press. Madrid wants Graffis to pay off loans that car buyers traded in at his store.
