HANOVER, Md. – Hudson Cook LLP announces the addition of Mark Westmoreland as a partner at the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, where he will focus his practice on consumer financial services laws and lending issues.
Westmoreland previously worked for Capital One Financial Services Inc., serving as the company’s expert on the Fair Credit Reporting Act and acting as lead counsel for product development, mortgage and subprime credit card divisions.
