EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Biweekly payment programs provider National Payment Network (NPN) has announced the launch of Payment Assurance, a new policy that guarantees the highest level of security and integrity for all payments made through its CustomPay financial platform, according to the company.

"Our CustomPay processing platform provides tremendous flexibility for customers, without sacrificing the security of those consumers' funds," said Jason Typrin, NPN's v.p. of business development. "Payment Assurance allows National Payment Network to provide a 100 percent guarantee that every single consumer payment posts accurately and on time. We're the only loan acceleration provider that has this level payment accuracy and this level of commitment to customer service."

Developed over the course of three years with Metavante Corporation, CustomPay uses Metavante ACH's online bill payment solutions and prepaid debit accounts, which are unique to each customer. The system was designed to prevent comingling of consumer funds and place all fiduciary control in the hands of NPN's federally chartered banking partners.

"The direct benefits of this payment flow include increased payment accuracy, consumer satisfaction, and consumer funds protection," Typrin said. "Our support team takes great pride in providing the highest levels of consumer and partner support."
