OCT Group Hires Denise Mitchell, Brian Cierpial

The OCT Group, based in

Foothill Ranch, announced Sept. 4 that Denise Mitchell has been hired as an

account executive in the On-Target Direct division, responsible for managing

new and existing automotive accounts in Southern California and Arizona.


Mitchell brings more than 12 years experience to her new role, with four

years spent in direct marketing to the automotive industry. A resident of

Aliso Viejo, Mitchell graduated from California State University, Fullerton

with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising.


“Our direct marketing services have experienced rapid growth in the last 12

months,” said Grant Dunning, president and CEO. “Denise’s experience along

with her unique ability to develop client relationships will be invaluable

as we continue to expand.”

In addition, the group named Brian Cierpial as the vice president of sales

for the On-Target Direct division. Cierpial will be responsible for leading

the firm’s expansion in the direct marketing arena overseeing new business

development, sales training, and production.


Cierpial brings more than 15 years experience to his role with five years

spent in direct marketing to the automotive industry. He earned a Bachelor

of Arts degree in Communication in 1997 from California State University of

Long Beach. Cierpial is a resident of Aliso Viejo.
