CINCINNATI — Multichannel marketing leader OneCommand has announced a new partnership with DealerCentric Solutions. OneCommand's voice messaging solution will provide a call-back service for DealerCentric's "Get Pre-approved in Seconds" program, a Web feature that can instantly pre-approve customers online, based on dealer-defined credit criteria.

"With current market conditions, consumers, dealers and lenders are all seeking better finance solutions," said Al Babbington, OneCommand's CEO. "DealerCentric Solution's 'Get Pre-Approved in Seconds' program is a superb lead-production tool and we are excited to partner to help ensure that these leads turn into sales for auto dealers."

DealerCentric's program talks each customer through the credit-approval process in English or Spanish. Once he or she submits a credit application, a pre-approval notification is sent via e-mail to the customer and the dealer. Under the terms of the partnership, OneCommand will then generate a follow-up phone call, add the customer's information to the dealership’s CRM and comb its inventory for appropriate vehicles.

DealerCentric Solutions has more than doubled its dealership client base so far this year, which CEO Pete Mac Innis attributes to the return on investment the company provides auto dealers.

"Dealers are more sensitive than ever about managing costs," Mac Innis said. "We have grown so fast because of the strong results dealers achieve. Adding OneCommand's call-back service to the program further differentiates us from other products while addressing the biggest challenge facing the industry today."
