OneCommand Names Jeffrey W. Hart as President
OneCommand, a provider of automated multi-channel marketing for the automotive industry, announced Monday that Jeffrey W. Hart was named president of the company.
COSTA MESA, Calif. — OneCommand, a provider of automated multi-channel marketing for the automotive industry, announced Monday that Jeffrey W. Hart was named president of the company.

He will be working with OneCommand’s CEO Al Babbington and team to align the organization around the company’s suite of products and services specifically focused on helping its customers navigate the recovery economy. In addition to structuring the organization around increasing dealer satisfaction with its innovative products, Hart will also be focused on improving the company’s operations efficiency and business processes.
“Jeff’s track record of success in developing effective sales team strategies, his depth of expertise in both automotive and technology, as well as his impressive operational experience, will enable us to make sure our organization is perfectly aligned to help our customers meet the challenges and potential of the recovery economy,” said CEO Al Babbington.
He is a 15-year veteran of Reynolds and Reynolds and served the company in a variety of management roles, including leading numerous e-commerce and product development initiatives. He also served as CEO and President and of Cadence Network Inc., a Web-based utility, telecom and lease expense management firm, and COO at Advantage IQ.
OneCommand also announced the promotion of Jill Whitehead as executive vice president of sales and service. She will be responsible for the growth, development, success and satisfaction of OneCommand’s expanding dealer base and OEM relationships, with a focus on training dealer customers to fully optimize ROI on the company’s suite of products and services.
Whitehead was formerly vice president of sales, where she played a key role in nurturing the company’s leadership in relationship performance marketing.
“As we refocus the organization, Jill will be critical to fulfilling our goals,” said Babbington. “Her deep understanding of dealer best practices that increase loyalty, repeat purchase and service frequency will help ensure that our dealer clients get the most from their investment in multi-channel communication solutions; and, as the automotive market shifts into recovery, that more and more dealers across the country are armed with the unique advantages of OneCommand’s services.”
Prior to joining OneCommand, Whitehead managed national field sales and service for Newgen Results Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings. She has also held various management positions at General Motors Systems Engineering Center, Franklin-Templeton Mutual Fund Company and American Express.
