OptionSoft Connects to PEN
OptionSoft is connecting its F&I solutions to the Provider Exchange Network, providing its customers with electronic rating, forms and contract booking.
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Provider Exchange Network (PEN), a division of Open Dealer Exchange LLC, announced today that it has agreed to integrate with the OptionSoft Technologies’ F&I menu. This integration will allow users Optionsoft users streamlined electronic rating, forms and a contract booking connection.
“We have had a number of requests from our provider customers and their dealers to enable OptionSoft Menu,” said Ron Greer, vice president of provider services at PEN. ”We are both happy to complete the integration in a timely manner to maximize the value for all of our mutual customers.”
PEN is an electronic data exchange that streamlines the sales process by integrating the F&I product provider with the dealer’s point-of-sale system, whether through a menu or directly with a dealership management system’s desking software. This integration approach eliminates the need for separate applications to enable full electronic contracting and contract booking of aftermarket products.
“Integration to PEN allows OptionSoft to become more responsive to our clients with more efficiency,” said Ken Tomaro, president of OptionSoft Technologies. “Our dealers benefit through access to PEN’s network of VSC and ancillary product providers. OptionSoft benefits through reduced administration, allowing us to focus on our dealer facing products.”
