Jeanette Shammas, president and owner of the Shammas Group, passed away on March 17.
LOS ANGELES — Jeanette Shammas, president and owner of the Shammas Group, passed away on March 17, DT News reports. She was 93 years old.
Jeanette married Nick Shammas, a used-car dealer, in 1942. The couple went on to build one of the largest dealer groups in the country. When Nick died in 2003, Jeanette continued to come into the group’s headquarters daily and represent Shammas Group at meetings with manufacturers.
