TEMECULA, Calif. -- Payment Protection Systems, Inc. (PPS), manufacturer of the ON TIME software system, entered into an agreement with Auto Master Systems, Inc., making ON TIME available to users of Auto Master's billing systems.
ON TIME prevents a car from turning on if the owner hasn't paid his or her loan payment by its due date. A series of flashing lights installed under the dashboard warn the driver of upcoming payment dates. If the bill is paid on time a code is entered into the main system to reset the program.
Dealers using Auto Master's billing systems will be able to use ON TIME for customers who are high-credit risks.
"Incorporating our ON TIME system into Auto Master is a real endorsement of the viability of our product," said Mike Simon, president and CEO of PPS. "Dealers will benefit by now having all ON TIME coding and billing information in one program, providing them with the convenience of a single software system."
