Premier Dealer Services Names Ristken as Preferred F&I Menu Provider
Ristken Software Services has been selected as a preferred F&I menu for Premier Dealer Services (PDS), which is owned by Great American Insurance Co.
DALLAS — Ristken Software Services has been selected as a preferred F&I menu for Premier Dealer Services (PDS), which is owned by Great American Insurance Co.
PDS said its products are mainly marketed through independent general agents in the auto industry.
Under terms of the agreement PDS will recommend Ristken's MenuPro product to its agents as its preferred menu selling option.
Officials described MenuPro as a Web-based menu selling solution designed to effectively present all F&I products to customers, while ensuring dealer compliance in all 50 states and Canada.
"PDS will be a significant client for Ristken, adding to our large customer base and growing market share," said Patrick DeMarco, vice president of business development for Ristken. "Ristken is extremely pleased to be working with a renowned and respected company such as PDS. This agreement speaks volumes about our proven technology offerings and solidifies our position as a leading solutions provider to the automotive industry.”
"PDS is pleased to be working with Ristken to provide menu solutions for our customers," said Mark Baker, national sales manager for PDS. "We have similar connectivity relationships with several companies offering various solutions and ultimately chose Ristken because of the flexibility and ease of use of MenuPro, as well as the company's proven track record of success with existing customers using a number of their products. We feel this complements our eRemitting processes and lays the foundation for further collaboration between our two companies.”
More than 3,500 dealerships nationwide currently use Ristken's products, including MenuPro, to manage disclosures and calculations needed for regulatory, marketing and business scenarios.
In addition to MenuPro, Ristken offers a suite of software products targeted for the auto industry, including F&I tracking and reporting, sales reporting, contracting and remittance and DMS integration tools.
