Primeritus Acquires USA Recovery and Skip Masters
The repossession, titling and remarketing service provider announced the acquisition of The M. Davis Co.
NASHVILLE — Primeritus Financial Services Inc. has acquired El Dorado, Calif.-based The M. Davis Company Inc., a provider of repossession management, skip tracing, transport and vehicle remarking services through its USA Recovery and Skip Masters divisions.
Details related to the sale were not made available, but officials with Primeritus said Matt Davis, CEO of The M. Davis Co., will be retained as COO.
