Primus Financial Services launched the Land Rover Capital Group on April 2 to offer private label financing to Land Rover retailers.

"We are thrilled to be able to offer Land Rover retailers private label financing through the Land Rover Capital Group," John Sheppard, Land Rover Capital Group account manager said. "The new private label will offer a full range of financial products, including wholesale financing and capital loans for Land Rover retailers, and retail and lease financing for consumers."

The Land Rover Capital Group is also introducing a separate customer service center for customer and retailer inquiries. Staffed by an elite corps of customer service agents with automotive finance experience, the center will operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday and may be reached through a toll-free number, 1-877-507- 2264.

"We like to say the customer service agents have been 'dipped in Land Rover green' because they have been trained on the full line of Land Rover vehicles, Land Rover history and the high expectations of Land Rover owners and retailers," Sheppard said. "We want to make financing a Land Rover as satisfying as driving one."

The Land Rover Capital Group launch will occur simultaneously in 47 states, with plans to extend to Illinois, New York and Massachusetts later this year. There are currently 130 Land Rover retail outlets in the United States, 87 of which are exclusive, stand-alone Land Rover Centers. Land Rover North America is on schedule to open an additional 20 Land Rover Centers in the next 24 months.
