Conyers vice president of sales and marketing effective immediately. Michael
W. Kuhn, formerly vice president of sales and marketing, will serve as vice
president of new business development.
Previously, Conyers was the director of International Operation
Services, Ford Financial, with responsibility for developing business
strategies for Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. She has also served
as director of the Ford Financial National Bankruptcy Service Center,
overseeing a nationwide portfolio for all Ford Financial subsidiaries.
Ms. Conyers began her career with Ford Financial in 1989 as a
financial analyst in the Controller's Office and has held positions in
treasury operations, marketing, Total Quality Management facilitation,
operations, credit analysis and purchasing.
Before joining Ford Financial, Conyers worked as a substitute teacher with
the Detroit Public School System. A native of Inkster, Mich., Conyers is a
graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School in Farmington, Mich. She earned a
bachelor's degree in nutrition and master's of business administration in
finance, both from the University of Michigan.
Kuhn is responsible for Primus new business development, including portfolio
acquisitions and sourcing. He previously served as the managing director for
Primus Europe. He began his career with Ford Credit North American Financing
Operations in 1975 and has held a series of increasing responsible positions
including regional manager for Washington, D.C. and branch manager for
Tampa, Fla.
A native of Chicago, Ill., Kuhn received bachelor's degrees from the Eastern
Illinois University in both marketing and management. Kuhn and his family
live in Brentwood, Tenn.

1990. From its headquarters in Franklin, Tenn., and its 38 North American
offices, Primus serves more than one million customers and has more than $20
billion in retail, lease and wholesale receivables. Primus is a division of
Ford Motor Credit Company.
