Automobile Consumer Services, Inc. (ACS), an online direct to consumer auto leasing provider, announced May 22 a partnership with Chart Software, Inc. to develop a lease quote module that gives users of Expert Lease Pro software the option of obtaining Real Time Lease Quotes (RTLQ) for both new and used vehicles from multiple lenders.

According to the comapny, Expert Lease Pro software is a tool to help consumers and businesses negotiate the best possible deal on the purchase or lease of a new or used vehicle, and to help them make the right lease/buy decision.

"The addition of RTLQ is an important advantage for our users because it gives them access to information previously available only to the dealer," said Charles Hart, president of Chart Software, Inc. "Unlike competing products that charge for quotes, users of Expert Lease Pro can now get free lease quotes on an unlimited number of vehicles."

ACS says it is currently using its lease/quote technology online at www.leasecompare.com. On this website consumers select the financing option that best fits their needs and apply for credit via a secured server - all in a matter of minutes. Once approved, customers review lease documents prepared by ACS, sign, and take delivery of their vehicle.

Tarry Shebesta, president of ACS, notes that "The computer is a comfortable place for consumers to research their automotive leasing and financing choices. The LeaseCompare quote system takes users to the next level in obtaining actual financing options and saves them time and money in the process."
