Remarketing Solutions on Dec. 3 announced the launch of its newly enhanced portfolio management site that it says not only gives customers access to real-time information on their accounts, but also expedites the recovery or sale of their collateral through new online services. The company said the release includes many new features to the site’s existing online account management system, which has been renamed Rpm (Remarketing Portfolio Manager) to better reflect the available services.

With Rpm, formerly called RS LION, customers will experience a new look that’s easier to navigate and several new tools on this more robust site, according to Remarketing Solutions. Customers access Rpm from the www.remarketingsolution.com Web site.

“Our Technology Solution department continually strives to add features and tools that will help our customers access the information they need quickly and efficiently,” said Mark Brunn, Vice President/General Manager. “The enhanced system puts a whole new level of real-time information at our customers’ fingertips.”

“For the past five years, Remarketing Solutions’ customers have used the site to manage -- from one location -- all of the vehicles consigned to us,” said Julie Warpool, director of Technology Solution. “The site enabled them to track cars for repossession, check the status of title services and get updates on vehicles consigned for remarketing services.”

According to Warpool, Rpm will continue to track the status of customer vehicles "every step of the way," and offer customers opportunities to view all new activities at a glance and gather additional information online. Clients have the capability to send assignments online, and from that point on, they have full access to their account for auditing purposes. “Customers can use the site for statistical analysis on inventory and to view images of condition reports. In addition, clients can access all account documents, such as Agent/Auction Condition Reports, Personal Property Inventory Reports, Vehicle Titles and Auction Sale documents, once we index them to the assignment,” Warpool said.

Reporting options have expanded as well. “We had an extensive suite of customized reports available on RS LION,” Warpool added, “and now we have made them easier to create and access. In addition to the customized reports, we now offer standard auditing reports that can be viewed at a glance or exported into printable formats in Word, Excel or PDF. Month-end reports are also available to customers online.”
