Reynolds and Reynolds Garners Recognition from SSPA for Service
The Reynolds and Reynolds Company announced Oct. 2 that the company's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) has been recognized by the Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA). Reynolds was presented the STAR Award at the SSPA Conference@Savannah held Sept. 30 - Oct. 2. The award recognizes companies that maintain a commitment to delivering measurable, quantifiable business results to their customers.
"The SSPA STAR Award winners provide a 'best of breed' showcase of the top talent within our industry," said Bill Rose, SSPA founder/executive director. "Reynolds and Reynolds consistently delivers world class service and the STAR Award serves as the highest form of recognition they can receive in the service and support industry."
Scott Schafer, senior vice president of Reynolds' Sales, Marketing and Info-Structure Services said, "In order to thrive in automotive retailing, our customers require complete and immediate resolution to any IT issues they may experience. This fourth consecutive STAR Award is proof-positive that the important work we did to improve our processes and the investments we made in people and technology are delivering the best service and support to our customers."
He added that in addition to its four STAR Awards, the Dayton TAC also has received Support Center Practices certification for three consecutive years from Service Strategies Corporation.
This year's STAR Award recipients were selected by a peer group made up of SSPA Advisory Board members. "Reynolds feels privileged to receive this award for the fourth consecutive year," said Randy Selleck, Reynolds' director of remote support. "Furthermore, being selected by a group of our peers reiterates that Reynolds' first-rate service is highly regarded among our customers as well as companies in the industry."
