Barker brings to the company extensive experience in the European market and existing strong relationships with car companies. He currently resides in Switzerland where Reynolds EMEA operations will be based.

“We’re thrilled to have Frank join our team,” said Dale Medford, executive vice president and chief financial officer who is leading Reynolds International. “Through his experience at E.piphany and Hewlett Packard, Frank’s intimately familiar with the issues affecting car companies in Europe, has significant experience in the CRM business and is highly successful in building and leveraging alliances with partner companies.”

As vice president and general manager, Barker will be responsible for managing Reynolds EMEA business operations, partner networks and driving growth for the company in the global arena.

“The potential for Reynolds and Reynolds to expand their presence and drive automobile retailing worldwide is extraordinary,” Barker said. “With innovative solutions, a strong partner network and a strategic alliance with Microsoft, I am confident that Reynolds can not only meet the needs of retailers and car companies in every country, but also transform the industries of the respective countries.”

Barker comes to Reynolds from E.piphany, a worldwide leading provider of CRM solutions for the retail, financial services, communications, technology, and travel industries. As senior vice president and general manager, Barker built and led E.piphany’s European division for the past three years; establishing subsidiaries in countries across Europe, developing key partnerships with global companies including IBM, Deloitte and Accenture, and working extensively with car companies in Europe. Under his leadership, the European division won key deals in all major regions and product lines and surpassed financial and growth targets.
