Reynolds University Online — Created in partnership with Auto Advisory Services, customers can access information on the Bill of Rights and its impact on auto dealers. An explanation of how to use the required compliance documents is also available.
California Car Buyer’s Bill of Rights Dealership Manual — This guidebook by Auto Advisory Services includes a reference sheet listing which types of transactions are affected by the new mandates.
California Vehicle Finance Guide and Documents Manual — This manual is intended to help F&I personnel understand and apply legal and regulatory concepts to their everyday work to help reduce compliance risk.
