RVDA Education Foundation Service Management Guide Includes Time Changes and Additions
An expanded edition of the RVDA Education Foundation's Service Management Guide is now available in book format and CD-ROM, according to the company.
This 8th edition offers more than 300 time changes and additions from the previous version. The Service Management Guide was developed by dealers, service managers and technicians to provide average work unit times for basic service functions performed by competent RV technicians. The guide also features new procedures and times for tow packages, slide outs, and expanded sections on wiring, electrical, structures, interiors and exteriors.
"The Service Management Guide is a useful tool for dealers, general managers and service managers to measure productivity in the service department," said RVDA Education Foundation Chairman Rick Horsey of Parkview RV Center. "The guide is well-organized and, with the CD-ROM version, you can access times easily on the computer."
