Schaefer & Strohminger Automotive Group Chooses Cowboy Corp to Provide CRM Solution

Cowboy Corp announced July 17 that it has been selected by Schaefer & Strohminger Automotive Group to provide all eight of its stores with its flagship CRM solution, Prospector.


“Our decision to select CowboyCorp as the vendor for our CRM product boiled down to the responsiveness that they demonstrated during the sales process, and the belief that they would provide superior service long after the sale was made,” said Schaefer & Strohminger COO Joe Jankowski. “Philosophically I felt that there was an alignment in our thought processes related to how we both view our customers' needs. I have a strong sense that CowboyCorp views itself as a learning organization, as opposed to a telling organization; that really impressed me. Typically a technology vendor tells you how they think your business should be run. Cowboy on the other hand wants to integrate their technology into your business practices. Our organization is energized by the possibilities that the CowboyCorp team brings to the table.”

The Schaefer & Strohminger Automotive Group is metropolitan Baltimore area’s oldest automotive organization and owns and operates eight stores with 17 different franchises.
