An Ohio auto dealership will pay an undisclosed amount of money to charity as part of a legal settlement with California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. The Sacramento Bee reported that the dispute stemmed from photographs the dealership used of Schwarzenegger in a series of car advertisements.
Schwarzenegger sued Fred Martin Motor Co. of Barberton, Ohio, for $20 million in 2002. The settlement allowed the dealership to donate money to Arnold’s All-Stars, an inner-city, after-school program established in 1991, according to The Sacramento Bee.
