LAS VEGAS — Auto Dealer Monthly announced the addition of Sean Stapleton as a speaker at the upcoming 2012 CRM Convention, one of four conferences taking place at F&I and Showroom’s Industry Summit 2012.

Stapleton, who co-founded software companies IMS and Visible Customer, serves as chief sales officer for VinSolutions. He will present “Harness the Power of Your Own Data in a Single Bound,” a session that will show attendees how to tap the date in their CRM to deliver a more informed and targeted approach for reaching customers.

“Sean is a tremendous benefit to the company, and has influenced their growth of 678 percent!” officials with the CRM Convention stated in a press release. “Not only has he proven himself to be a key player in business, Sean is also a highly respected author and event speaker. The knowledge Sean Stapleton has about the auto dealer industry is highly sought after and he truly is a role model and mentor to many people in the business.”

Stapleton, whose session is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 10, at 4 p.m., will also examine the tools and processes of dealerships, and will offer his take on how they can improve those processes.

The 2012 CRM Convention is the industry’s first and only show dedicated solely to customer relationship management. It will take place Sept. 10-11 at the Paris Las Vegas as part of Industry Summit 2012. The convention — designed for dealer principals, general managers, BDC directors, CRM directors and service managers— will offer educational sessions and panel discussions covering the best CRM practices in the industry.
