Sutton Leasing Buys Dalco
Sutton Leasing of Detroit, Michigan has acquired the vehicle lease assets of Dalco Auto Lease Co. a previously wholly owned company of Budget Rent a Car System Inc. Dalco, with offices in Dayton, Ohio operates a lease portfolio of cars and trucks to mostly small companies as well as some large corporate accounts.
Dick Hagopian, the company’s president and operating manager, will continue in his present capacity. With 46 years in the automobile industry, predominately in the car rental and leasing business, Sutton leasing president, Clyde Sutton said that Dick Hagopian will not only give us the added experience to grow our business, but also maintain the continuity and relationships with Dalco’s current clients and accounts.
Clyde Sutton also said that Sutton Leasing is continually seeking new opportunities to expand its’ fleet portfolio through acquisition of existing leasing company portfolios as well as aggressive solicitation of fleet accounts.
