Team One Research and Training is offering dealers a free, 42-page booklet containing F&I trainer George Angus’ weekly Saturday morning message series, which include educational, training ideas and inspirational messages.
These messages were originally sent to a group of Team One training graduates who had attained the F&I Masters designation in February 2009.
Team One began offering Angus’ weekly messages to members of the auto industry in April 2009, and monthly subscriptions quickly reached into the thousands.
