The Warranty Group Appoints Two New Officers
The Warranty Group Inc., a unit of Onex Corporation, appointed John Serafin as executive vice president/chief risk officer and Rob Mancuso as investor relations officer.
CHICAGO — The Warranty Group Inc., a unit of Onex Corporation, appointed John Serafin as executive vice president/chief risk officer and Rob Mancuso as investor relations officer.
Serafin will have oversight over enterprise risk, including strategic, operational, external, financial and data and physical operations. Serafin’s career experience includes eight years as executive vice president and 21 years in other positions at the company, including corporate planning, financial reporting and facilities management.
Mancuso will oversee communications with the shareholder and investment community, including press conferences, shareholder meetings, analyst briefings and supporting activities. In addition, he will continue his role as senior vice president of corporate communications, with responsibilities including brand management, corporate events and citizenship, advertising and public relations. Mancuso’s career includes 10 years with the company in various positions including director of e-commerce and senior vice president of marketing communications.
