PORTLAND, Ore. -- Compli, maker of the compliance management system Compli Director, has now made its solution available for managing dealership compliance. The automated, Web-based system distributes company or regulatory policies and procedures, tracks who reads and signs them and delivers training assessments.
Compli Director is customizable. It can monitor and track compliance statistics by compliance risk area (employment practices, F&I, sales administration and so on) or by dealership, franchise and location. It provides monitoring and tracking of specific groups, teams or functional areas.
Potential problem areas that it manages are: F&I sales, truth in advertising, GLBA compliance, discrimination, wage and hour compliance, truth in lending, USA Patriot Act compliance and more.
"With nine dealerships and around 500 employees, managing compliance using a manual process just didn't work for us anymore," said Dave Blewett, president of Kendall Auto Group in Eugene, Ore. "There were too many opportunities for someone to make a potentially costly mistake that could hurt our financial position and our reputation. Compli Director automates our compliance programs and gives me the reporting I need to head off potential problems before they occur."
