The University curriculum for F&I managers has three levels, all of which include menu fundamentals. The Apprentice level is for F&I novices, the Journeyman level is for experienced F&I managers and directors, and the Master level is for directors seeking multistore or corporate finance-director positions. Master classes are structured as roundtable discussions. The company also provides advanced seminars for trainers in the field who are deploying Go Big! solutions.

The University is situated in Go Big! Software's 7,300-square-foot facility just outside of Orlando, Fla. The company has expansion plans to add 5,000 square feet for new computer labs and training rooms. Onsite training is also available for those who can't go to the facility.

For more information on the University, call 407/332-5080 or email info@gobigsoftware.com.
