SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Leading property casualty insurer Travelers has announced the launch of an enhanced Website featuring its Risk Control Customer Portal, an online resource designed to offer dealers and agents easy access to industry-specific risk management tools.
The site also features Auto Dealer TravSourcesSM, a collection of safety and risk management resources dedicated to help auto dealerships meet today's risk management and safety challenges. Customers can find information on inventory and key theft control programs, as well as test-drive procedures and spot deliveries to help control potential liability exposures.
"Auto Dealer TravSources offer our customers an industry-specific resource that can help them manage unique industry risks while providing valuable information on emerging issues, major loss drivers and exposures," said Marty Henry, vice president of Travelers Risk Control. "Our customers will benefit by having this relevant information aggregated into one area."
Auto Dealer TravSources and other industry specific collections consist of a risk profile summarizing the industry’s major loss drivers and exposures, and organize relevant resources by category. Categories include business continuity, driver & vehicle safety, employee safety & health, general liability, post-injury management, property/facility management and safety administration.
