Austin Logistics Inc. has provided the lender with the software solutions CallTech and OnQ. Triad Financial reports that CallTech's optimized calling schedules are delivering an overall increase of more than 25 percent in right-party contacts and promises-to-pay. That means more auto purchasers are able to keep — and ultimately own — their vehicles, as well as keep their credit in good standing.
Triad Financial focuses on nonprime lending for new and late-model used-automobile purchases.
CallTech call schedule optimization software improves the collections process by mining and analyzing strategic data, including prior call history and customer account details. CallTech determines the best times of the day to reach the responsible party for each account. OnQ allows call centers to simplify and automate call list management, resulting in improved dialer efficiency.
